What this website collects

This website is an information and appointment-booking site for Dr. Khanna's X-Ray & Laboratory, Faridabad. It does not require registration and does not store your personal details on any server of its own. The appointment form assembles a message on your device and opens WhatsApp; the details you send travel through WhatsApp, not through this website.

Calls and WhatsApp

When you call the clinic or message us on WhatsApp, your number and message are visible to clinic staff so we can respond, confirm appointments and keep basic records of patient contact. We do not sell or share contact details with advertisers.

Voice assistant

The site includes a voice assistant widget provided by kolorax.ai to answer common questions and help with bookings. Conversations with the assistant are processed by that service to generate responses. Do not share sensitive medical details through the widget; use it for timings, directions and appointment requests.

Embedded services

Pages embed Google Maps (for directions) and load fonts from Google Fonts; article images are served from Pexels. These third-party services may receive standard technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads them, governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services may set their own; your browser settings control these.
