Do I need an appointment for consultation or tests?
Appointments get you seen faster, but walk-ins are welcome and are fitted in as the day allows. Call ahead if you can — especially for fasting tests, which are best done in the morning.
How quickly will I get my reports?
Most routine tests — CBC, sugar, thyroid, lipid profile — are reported the same day. A few specialised tests take longer; we tell you the expected time when the sample is taken.
Can you help me understand a report from another lab?
Yes. Bring any report to a consultation and the doctor will explain what the values mean for you and what, if anything, needs to happen next.
Do you do home sample collection?
Call the clinic to ask — for elderly or immobile patients in nearby sectors we try to arrange collection at home whenever staffing allows.
